Our personal care service includes bathing, dressing and, when necessary, continence support. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as:

• mobility
• eating
• exercising
• grooming

Our domestic help service includes:

• helping with household chores – such as vacuuming or washing clothes
• preparing and cooking meals
• shopping
• general housework

We know how difficult it can be to care for a person who is suffering from dementia. We are here to:

• help the person stay calm and oriented
• make dressing and grooming easier
• talk to the person
• help with memory loss
• manage behaviour and sleep problems
• encourage activities that are both stimulating and enjoyable

Our main goal is to:

• maintain or introduce interests and social activities in your community
• assist with GP or hospital appointments
• help with any other appointments

Live-in is having a fully trained carer living with you in your own home. Your live-in carer will support you with your personal needs to keep you comfortable and independent at home.

In this case a carer will sleep at your property overnight so that you are comfortable while you sleep.

Some elderly patients feel more comfortable when a someone is on-site, so they ask for a carer to be present while they sleep.

A waking night cover requires the carer to be awake throughout the night to undertake any care needs you may have.

Night care can be delivered at regular intervals throughout the night, with the carer undertaking those tasks and utilising other time to undertake necessary domestic duties.

End of life care is meant to support people who are in the last months or years of their life. Palliative care helps patients live as well as possible until their final moments.
